What’s the right way to wash my hands?
Here’s the how-to guide to washing your hands:
- Remove your jewellery.
- Wet your hands with clean, running water (lukewarm water is best - hot water can be hard on the hands).
- Turn off the tap and apply a splash of Reveal Me Purifying Hand Soap.
- Lather up! Rub your hands together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails, too. Also: don't forget to give your thumb a little attention. Grasp the thumb of one hand with the other hand, and rotate the closed hand around it. Swap over.
- Keep scrubbing for at least 20 seconds. If you need a timer, hum the ‘Happy Birthday’ song from beginning to end twice.
- Rinse your hands well under clean, running lukewarm water.
- Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.
